Meadowresearch was originally conceived to do equity research in the 90s and has evolved into career assessment and research for helping young people make the right choices in their career paths. 

To provide you with the most candid and honest advice based on my over 30 years of experience in the corporate and business world. Having worked in the US and India I can relate to many cross cultural issues which you may be facing or may do so in the future.  The scientific assessment (through psychometrics) of your personality and interests along with learning strengths and abilities will help us narrow the advice further to align closely with your abilities and interests.  

My specialization is in helping working professionals find alternate careers, jobs, educational alternatives that align better with their psychometric profiles, personality and core interests.  My over 40 years of experience in various areas including corporate, real estate, finance, entrepeneurship allow me to assess your scientific assesments of our reports accurately and profivde key insights.  I also work with recent graduates and high school students in guiding them in the right direction.

After completing my schooling in New Delhi I relocated to Honolulu, Hawaii in 1980 and joined the University of Hawaii as a business student.  Completed my BA Prof Studies in 1985 while pursuing part time work as a computer programmer in various small companies.  Joined Hawaii Medical Service Association as a full time Statistics Analyst.  Moved to Los Angeles, California in 1987 and joined American Isuzu Motors as a System’s Specialist and then in 1990 joined Hughes Aircraft as a System’s Consultant.  In 1993 joined Southern California Edison as a consulting Software Team Lead and then in 1997 moved to Fairfax, Virginia to work with NCR Corporation as a Project Manager.  In 2002 did work in real estate sales and then once again joined Gate Gourmet in Virginia as a Senior Program Manager.  In 2007 moved back to New Delhi and joined NIIT Technologies as a Program Manager and then Senior Delivery Manager until 2009.  Have been managing my real estate and stock investments along with extensive travels including my recent relocation to South India in 2024.  Have mentored scores of young people during my career in IT and real estate and am now proud to be working as a certified career counselor with Edumilestones.
